Dear Friends,

Through “Pennies & Prayers” children learn how their prayers and support help the young Methodist Mission Home serves, finding hope for a brighter future. We’ll provide the materials and stories for a successful mission project. Your children will learn how we bring children and families together through adoption and also empower young people with disabilities toward independence. Help your children experience the power of giving, prayer, and the mission ministries of the United Methodist Church.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 from Vacation Bible School’s across Texas and New Mexico. That’s only one million pennies! Why not challenge your children to help us raise one million pennies through “Pennies & Prayers?” In addition, we will use the total funds raised by the children to inspire the adult Sunday School classes to match it dollar for dollar.

Please remember, Methodist Mission Home does not receive apportionments from the Methodist Church. We rely on the generosity of individual contributions and church offerings.
