Leonor Hernandez

Leonor manages the school through child development and spirituality.  Thirty years ago, Leonor began volunteering with young children when her own child started preschool.  Leonor did not choose childcare to be her profession, it chose her – it’s her calling and passion.  She believes it is a gift from God to be able to utilize her strength of working with young children every day.  In addition to eight years of classroom experience, she received her Director Certification in 1996 through the Child Care Council.  Long deliberation and prayer brought Leonor and the Grace Weekday School to the Grace UMC campus. In her spare time, Leonor enjoys cooking at home and spending time with her family.
